If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

A person who intends to install livestock or excreta-generating facilities, the raising area of which is not less than 150 square meters prescribed by Presidential Decree, among discharging facilities not subject to permission, shall report to the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment. However, the Defendant raised chickens in the area of 155 square meters, from August 10, 2013 to October 31, 2013, without filing a report on excreta-generating facilities.
