1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 156,727,538; and (b) against Plaintiff B, KRW 92,183,282; and each of the said money, from May 8, 2016 to May 2017.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 8, 2016, when serving as the managing director, etc. of E Co., Ltd. (F: F; hereinafter “E”) that D operated from around 201, the Defendant: (a) attempted to kill D at the parking lot of the building where E located in Daegu Suwon-gu, in which D had an office, and caused D to take the night noise fee in which D was exempted; (b) attempted to kill D; (c) caused D to die D immediately after having D’s strokeed D with both hands; and (d) concealed the dead body of D (hereinafter “the deceased”). (c) subsequently, the Defendant concealed the dead body of D (hereinafter “the deceased”).

On November 4, 2016, the Defendant was indicted of murder and concealment of the Deceased, and was sentenced to a judgment of conviction of 25 years of imprisonment (Tgu District Court 2016Gohap292), and the Defendant appealed, but the appeal was dismissed on April 27, 2017.

2. Determination
A. According to the facts of recognition as above, the defendant is liable for all damages suffered by the plaintiffs, who are the deceased and their bereaved family members, due to the death of the deceased due to the tort in this case.
B. 1) The scope of liability for damages is 1) the fact of recognition and evaluation of lost income as well as (1) gender, age, and life expectancy: The deceased shall be Jborn, the age at the time of death shall be 46 years and 5 months and 24 years, and the life expectancy at the time of death shall be 34.45 years.
(2) Job and income: The Deceased obtained the average monthly income of KRW 5,350,976 from around 201 to the time of death as the representative director of E.
(3) Maximum working age: The maximum working age of November 13, 2029, which serves as 60 years of age, is total.
