The defendant is a company that conducts an industrial safety management agency business, and the plaintiff is a person who is qualified as an industrial safety manager and has concluded a business agreement with the defendant and served.

1. (Purpose) This Agreement provides for responsibilities and responsibilities arising from the efficient performance and maintenance of tasks between A and B, and the scope of tasks, performance management, etc.

2. (Mutual Influence) 2.1 B’s agency authority and authority to perform tasks on a management workplace (hereinafter “business right”) are vested in B.

2.2A and B shall respect their respective management establishments with their own authority and shall not all the acts of reciprocal interference with operations and forced possession of goodwill.

2.6A shall be fully liable for damage to B due to legal disputes, etc. with third parties other than the contracting parties.

2.7B shall be fully liable for damage to A due to legal disputes, etc. with third parties other than the contracting parties.

2.8Business management (general vicarious execution, membership management, national treasury vicarious performance) and other legal problems are respectively responsible.

3. (Period and Contract Amount) The contract amount of 3.2 B shall be the sum of the monthly fees (excluding surtax) for the general vicarious execution, the management of its members, and the national treasury vicarious execution;
