A. Defendant Incorporated Foundation A (hereinafter “Defendant Incorporated”) is a foundation that supports and operates Seoul C’s materials D, and Defendant Company B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company that aims at the production, sale, etc. of food, as a corporation with the purpose of supporting and operating programs for the exhibition, collection, etc. of works and the management of entrusted facilities.

B. On October 21, 2013, the Defendant Foundation entered into a contract with the Defendant Company for the sales of Pd Coke (hereinafter “instant Pdco code”) with the following content:
