1. The defendant shall pay 84,800,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 23, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the attachment of the claim shall be as shown in the attachment;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was partially amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019;
