1. On November 6, 2019, at around 03:35, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant, around November 6, 2019, on the following grounds: (a) around the restaurant of “C” located in Jeju-si B on November 6, 2019; (b) around the restaurant of “C”; and (c) on the ground that the Defendant walked with the victim D (Nam, 25 years of age) and shouldered with the victim, at a time, three times a part of the victim’s face; and (d) on the part of the victim’s body, the Defendant used the victim’s body part above the floor of the vehicle.

2. On November 6, 2019, the Defendant assaulted on or around 04:32, on November 6, 2019, at an emergency room of a F Hospital located in Jeju-si, on November 6, 2019, the Defendant reported the form in which the said victim received medical treatment and calculated medical expenses, and assaulted the victim’s part of his/her title by making the victim’s left hand over one minute.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

(c) Non-prosecution of punishment: A victim's expression of intent not to punish him/her on January 21, 2020;

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
