A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 12, 2019, at around 05:05, the Defendant was found to be the father of the wife C, who was the father of the wife C, who was in a divorce lawsuit, and was living in Suwon-si D Building E, the Defendant, without permission, entered the password against the victim’s will, opened the front door and entered the inside of the above E, and sound as “if there is any father or mother”.
