The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and such reasoning is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
(The grounds for appeal by the defendants are not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court, and in light of the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the first instance court, the fact-finding and judgment in the first instance court is justifiable, and there is no error as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the defendants).
