Facts of recognition
Plaintiff
A on June 15, 2012, purchased 1,40,000,00,000 won of a high drilling machine (name SYD-150A) (hereinafter referred to as “instant high drilling machine”) from YD-150A (hereinafter referred to as “YD-150A”).
In the manufacturing of the instant drilling structure, the temperature control machine (hereinafter “instant temperature control machine”) manufactured by the spak Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Spak”) was purchased from the spak Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Spak”) and was attached inside the steel box of the spak tank of this case.
The temperature control of this case was made in plastic cases, and the inside of the case contains two plates and two electric power source locations, and the electric power source line connected to the external power source from the power source location connected to the plate is installed, and the electric power source breaker is connected to the middle of the electric power source.
At the lower end of the temperature control of the instant case, the key price for the equipment connected to each of the strings, air winders, temperature centers, etc., is exposed. The electric wires connected to the strings, strings, and temperature centers were supplied by G, and the electric wires connected to the strings were supplied by the strings, and the electric wires connected to the strings were supplied by G, and the operation of connecting the supplied electric wires was conducted by the hrings.
Plaintiff
A On December 3, 2012, Plaintiff B (hereinafter “instant farm”), a tenant of a farm located in the Plaintiff C (hereinafter “instant farm”), agricultural machinery, warehouse, agricultural machinery, etc., around 20:00 on August 31, 2013, in the instant temporary storage located in the instant farm (hereinafter “instant warehouse”), putting a drilling into the instant high-purpose season, setting the temperature as 55°C, and putting it out to the outside on September 1, 2013, the following day. < Amended by Act No. 11901, Sep. 1, 2013>
On September 1, 2013, residents living in the vicinity of the warehouse of this case observed the occurrence of a fire in the warehouse of this case (hereinafter “instant fire”) and reported it to 119.
The fire of this case was dispatched upon receipt of the above report.
