However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 15, 2017, from around 02:00 to around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant stolen nine bicycles worth a total market price of KRW 3,682,00,00, in total eight times from around 05:32, 2017, from the time when the victim in the name is installed with a correction device at the center of the Gu-U.S. 76 (Gu-U.S. Pyeongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong).
