Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on June 20, 2014, leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to Defendant B as the lease deposit amount of KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,100,000 (Additional tax separate), and the period of 12 months. However, since May 21, 2015 and December 20, 2015, the contract was terminated by the following Defendant’s annual rent, the Plaintiff sought payment of the rent for delivery of the building and arrears to the Defendants, the lessee and the occupant.
