1. From 40,00,000 to 40,000 won from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) Defendant C, the real estate indicated in attached Table 2 from January 1, 2019 to 2.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, as the owner of the instant real estate Nos. 1 and 2, entered into the instant business consignment agreement (hereinafter “instant business consignment agreement”) with D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”), around 2016. The key contents are as follows.

B. Around that time, the Plaintiff prepared a proxy letter with the following contents and delivered the certificate of personal seal impression and a copy of the driver’s license directly issued to the Nonparty company:

A delegating person shall confirm the fact of the lease contract for the real estate in this case, such as the affairs related to the lease, the payment of rent for the guarantee period, the receipt of deposit money and the management thereof, the lessee's physical color and selection, public relations, and the management of the lease contract (preparation of the contract), and delegate the authority related to all of the lease-related matters and household inspection and visits

C. On January 5, 2019, Defendant B and D indicated as the Plaintiff’s agent, as of January 5, 2019.
