On August 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on August 8, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 2012. On April 25, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of suspended sentence and one year and two months of imprisonment to six months for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the final sentence at the Daegu Prison on December 27, 2014.

1. On May 14, 2015, around 21:35, the Defendant assaulted D’s left part of D as a consequence of the following: (a) the Defendant: (b) was a police officer with a view to traffic control and illegal stopping control while leaving a patrol vehicle in front of the entrance 5-on the road of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the street; (c) the Defendant sawd D (Nam, 19 years of age) with a view to carrying the police officer under the influence of traffic control and illegal stopping control; and (d) the Defendant sawd D with a view to d while taking a bath.

Therefore, the above defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order, crime prevention, and traffic control of police officers.

2. On May 14, 2015, at around 23:50, the Defendant committed assault, i.e., the Defendant, who was arrested in the act of committing an act of committing an act of committing an act of crime at the room E department and office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and transferred to the above office for the same reasons as the preceding paragraph, by continuously taking a bath to E of the room police station and its affiliated police officer F (ma, 29 years old), etc., working in the above office, and F in order for the Defendant to capture the Defendant’s lock and file a petition, by taking the Defendant’s hand, who was on the part of the head of F

Therefore, the above defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning public peace, maintenance of order, and investigation of police officers.

3. On May 15, 2015, the Defendant was arrested and detained in the act of committing an act in the line of duty at the metropolitan detention room of the Seoul Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwanak-gu Police Station located in 00:45, for the same reasons as the above 1.3, the Defendant is against E of the Military Police Station E and the Assistant Assistant G (Nam, 39 years of age) who executed the same.
