The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C carren car.

On November 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 17:45, and turned the front road of the Ne-distance Saemaul Community Center in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, 1543, along the two-lanes from the opposite intersection to the flow of the Ne-distance.

At this point, the signal crossing is installed, and the crosswalk was placed on the front side, so the Defendant was obliged to safely drive the vehicle in front of the crosswalk so as not to obstruct the passage of pedestrians and not to endanger the safety of pedestrians.
