1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the second floor of 60.18 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list;
B. From June 4, 2014, the foregoing.
Reasons
1. On November 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) agreed from the Plaintiff on a deposit of KRW 1 million; (b) KRW 250,000,000 per month of rent; and (c) from November 5, 2013, the Plaintiff terminated the said lease agreement due to the Plaintiff’s failure to pay rent from February 4, 2014.
