1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,750,020 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 8, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment on the cause of the claim, the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with a coffee amounting to 4,587,620 won in total from January 6, 2015 to September 30, 2016. Since the plaintiff is a person who received 6,837,600 won in the above price of the above goods from the defendant, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 37,750,020 won in total (44,587,620 won - 6,837,600 won - 6,600 won in total) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 8, 2017 to the day of complete payment as requested by the plaintiff.
2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
