1. The defendant is on the ground of the return of unjust enrichment with respect to each one/2 share of 865 square meters in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.

Reasons

The plaintiffs entered into an agreement with the defendant on June 1, 198 on the title trust agreement between Ulsan-gu and the defendant on the purchase of shares of 1/2 and the defendant on the title trust agreement with regard to Ulsan-gu D. The fact that the ownership transfer registration was completed under the defendant's name as of August 25, 1988 as of the name of Ulsan-gu D, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. (hereinafter referred to as "the land of this case") and the name of 865 square meters; the fact that the ownership transfer registration was completed under the defendant's name as of August 25, 198 as of August 8201, 198 can be acknowledged in full view of the whole purport of the arguments in the evidence No. 1 or No. 4, and the fact that the complaint of this case, including the contents that the plaintiffs terminated the above title trust agreement, was delivered to the defendant on February 6, 2017, is clear in the record.
