The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the first instance judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have convicted all of the charges of this case (except for the part without charge) on the grounds of the circumstances and facts set forth in its reasoning, and did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine as to the accomplice and the criminal intent by deception.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
