1. The Defendant terminated the title trust on November 19, 2014 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The Defendant, who was the husband of the Plaintiff before the indication of the claim, acquired the automobile indicated in the attached list.
On December 17, 2013, the judgment of divorce became final and conclusive between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
As the plaintiff served a duplicate of the complaint of this case and expressed his intention to terminate the title trust agreement on the above motor vehicle, the defendant is obligated to accept the transfer registration procedure for the above motor vehicle.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by publication.
