The judgment of the first instance, which is included in the term of principal punishment, during the period of detention after appeal, shall be included.

Examining the employment evidence of the court below in light of the records, the court below's decision that found the defendant guilty is just, and there is no error of misconception of facts due to the violation of the rules of evidence.

The grounds of appeal cannot be accepted.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and part of the detention days after the appeal is included in the original sentence. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
