1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from April 3, 2011 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On April 3, 201, the Plaintiff agreed that KRW 50,000,000 shall be paid damages for delay of 24% per annum if the Plaintiff delayed repayment of the principal and interest.
However, inasmuch as the Defendant did not fully pay the principal and interest of the loan to the Plaintiff, it is obligated to pay the principal amount of KRW 50,000,000 and 24% interest per annum from April 3, 2011 to the date of full payment.
