A. Status 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s apartment A (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) For the management of 823 households, Defendant SeabC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant SeabC”) is the executor of the business that newly constructs and sells the apartment of this case, and Defendant Two Industries Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Two Industries”) is the constructor who newly constructs the apartment of this case.

The defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (the name of the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation was changed from the Korea Housing and Urban Fund under Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act to the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation; hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Guarantee Corporation") shall guarantee the performance of the obligation to repair the defects of the apartment of this case by the defendant two

B. On January 5, 2011, Defendant 2 Industries concluded a warranty contract and approved the use of the apartment in this case (hereinafter “each of the instant warranty contracts”) with respect to the instant apartment on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant 200 Heavy Industries made the Defendant 1 and the guarantee creditor as the net market; and (b) the respective warranty contracts as indicated below (hereinafter “each of the instant warranty contracts”).
