Criminal facts
On May 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Daegu District Court on May 26, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on January 3, 2012.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
[2013 Highest 1998] On March 9, 2013, the Defendant administered a disposable injection machine containing dilution of a psychotropic drug, which was delivered without compensation from D, in the back acid of the Three Complex of the Daegu Suwon-gu Water Complex C Apartment on March 16, 2013.
[2013Kadan3632] On February 12, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of the Metepics (one philophone) among the psychotropic drugs that were received from D without compensation, in a single-use injection machine, and in a way of injecting them into his own arms by dilution.

1. On July 5, 2012, at around 16:10, the Defendant purchased a philopon using approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, which transferred KRW 200,000 to D and concealed in the said place, under the supervision of the public telephone in the vicinity of the F University located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant purchased a philopon, using approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs (one philopphone; hereinafter “philopon”).
2. The Defendant, at around 17:00 on the same day, injected approximately 0.3g of philopon purchased from D, such as the above paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and injected into his left arms by dilution, at its own dwelling place of Daegu Suwon-gu C apartment 303 103 Do, 1003 Do, and 1003.
3. On August 23, 2012, at around 15:10, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately 0.06 gopon, which transferred KRW 50,000 to D and which D concealed in the said place, under the supervision of the public telephone in the vicinity of the F University in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu., the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately 0.06 gopon which D concealed.
4. The Defendant, at around 16:00, at the same place as above 2, and approximately 0.06 g of philopon, as above 2.
