The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant, at Jeju-si B Housing Management Office, assaulted the victim’s breast part of his/her chest by hand two times, while speaking for the difference of opinion about redevelopment with the victim C (the 55 years of age) at the Jeju-si B Housing Management Office.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On February 11, 2019, after the instant indictment, the victim’s agreement was submitted to this court, stating the purport that the Defendant would not be punished.
