A 1-year imprisonment with prison labor, 2-year imprisonment with prison labor, 1-A(1) of the judgment of Defendant B, and 1-2 of the judgment.

Defendant

B On March 13, 2018, the District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment was finalized on March 21, 2018.

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants dealt with the Metropoper (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. (1) On January 2018, the Defendants agreed to purchase phiphones together with the Defendants, and was parked in the vicinity of Defendant B’s track car (F) in the subway No. 8 Station E located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Donnam-si, and Defendant B issued to Defendant A KRW 3.2 million on the following day at H parking lot located in Ansan-dong, the 10:00,000 on the 10:0,000 on the 3.2 billion won on the phil, and the 10,000 on the 10,000 won on the chil to him.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

(2) On March 29, 2018, the Defendants agreed to purchase phiphones, and purchased 100,000,000 won to Defendant A in front of the J of Guri-si on March 29, 2018, and Defendant A contacted with a seller of narcotics, etc. on the same day at around 17:00 on the same day, and put the above KRW 1,00,000 on the page near the K Station located in Suwon, and at the same time, purchased 1,000,000 won for phiphones from nearby the K Station located in Suwon, and accordingly, purchased 1,000,000 won for phiphones.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

(3) On April 16, 2018, the Defendants agreed to purchase philophones with the Defendant’s purchase, and around 16:00 on April 16, 2018, in a passenger car as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) parked near L Station located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Defendant B, Defendant A, and Defendant A, at around 17:00 on the same day, KRW 2 million, from a national bank located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to an influent agricultural bank account used by a philophone seller.
