1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 233,958,250 and the interest rate of KRW 36.5% per annum from September 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
1. On August 18, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a basic transaction agreement with the Defendant to manufacture and supply solar sun-lights, etc.
On September 30, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with solar ruptures equivalent to KRW 460,660,200 pursuant to the above basic transaction agreement, and received only KRW 226,701,950 out of the price of the goods from the Defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 233,958,250 (i.e., KRW 460,660,200 - KRW 226,701,950) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 36.5% per annum from September 1, 2017 to the date of full payment, as requested by the Plaintiff.
