Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2017 Gohap 488" is not a person handling narcotics.
1. From May 2017 to June 2017, the Defendant: (a) searched the Defendant’s mobile phone using the Defendant’s mobile phone; (b) accessed “ELD (LSD, Lisgic Acid thylaides; and Article 2 subparag. 3 (a) of the Narcotics Control Act),” which is a primary mental medicine, via the Internet; (c) connects the Plaintiff to the LSD sales site operated by a non-seller in the name of the Netherlands or below the Netherlands; and (d) enter the place of receipt into “D, Sujji-gu 16829 Korea”; and (d) enter the said seller into “D, 100 LS 10 LS 10; and (d) enter the said seller into the international mail-type 100 LS 10 on June 1, 2017 to send it to the Plaintiff’s 10 international mail-type 3 (f) international mail-type 10, 2017.
2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. The Defendant: (a) marijuana around 13:20 on July 10, 2017;
approximately 0.85g B in plastics, and in possession of marijuana in a manner under which the plan No. 921 was laid down in the Gtel in the Gtel in the Suwon-si where he/she had resided.
