B. The amendment of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum. Since the Plaintiff’s agreement rate is 17% per annum, the rate of 17% per annum, which is the agreed rate from October 1, 2015, shall apply from October 1, 2015.
