1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. From April 5, 2015 to June 30, 2017, the Defendant, without filing a report with the head of a customs office, imported roex 1 (2.5 million won, domestic wholesale price of KRW 5,091,650) purchased in Japan, and then filed a report with the head of the customs office on the following facts: (a) 1 to 5, 7 through 12, 14 through 16, 19 through 23, 25, 27 through 30, 33 through 35 of the list of crimes in the attached Form; and (b) 30,61, 671, 67, 67, and 33 through 35 of the list of crimes in question; and (c) 27 times from April 5, 2015 to June 30, 2017; and (d) 30,616,670
2) In collusion with B, etc. on July 14, 2017, the Defendant attempted to import, without filing a report with the head of the customs office, one (15,592,500 won of the cost of the goods, 31,756,619 won of the domestic wholesale price) in sight of the goods purchased from red bean (15,592,50 won of the goods, 31,756,619 won of the imported goods) and bring about attempted import through a multi-customs office, and without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office, as shown in attached Table 1,779,089 won of the cost of the goods (184,886,129 won of the domestic wholesale price).
3) On July 11, 2017, the Defendant prepared to purchase, for the purpose of import without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office, one (11,98,800 won for goods, and 24,437,475 won for domestic wholesale prices) in red bean, with a view to purchasing, and for the purpose of import, the Defendant prepared to purchase, for the purpose of import without filing a report with the head of the customs office, such as purchasing, etc., a scam for the purpose of selling, such as purchase of a scam for the purpose of import without filing a report.
B. On May 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, without reporting to the competent authorities around May 21, 2017, USD 400,000 ($ 51,397) for red bean ($ 51,397) through the Kim Sea Airport in Busan Gangseo-gu.
