Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of F Co., Ltd. E in Pakistan who ordinarily employs approximately 114 workers and operates a taxi transport business.

1. "2012 Highly 1315";

A. The Defendant had worked in the foregoing workplace from December 2, 2004 to July 20, 201, and had not paid the retirement pay of G retirement pay 5,564,210 won, and the annual paid leave of absence in 2010 323,731 won 4,7310 won x 139 hours x 139 hours x 30 days x 17 days x 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

(b) An employer shall pay workers subject to the minimum wage at least the minimum wage determined and publicly notified annually by the Minister of Employment and Labor, and shall pay wages at least 4,110 won per hour during the period from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010;

Nevertheless, the defendant works in the above workplace.

1. As indicated in the table, the sum of KRW 914,300 was paid below the minimum wage.

(c) When an employer intends to dismiss a worker, he shall give the worker an advance notice at least thirty days prior to the dismissal, and if the employer fails to give such advance notice thirty days prior to the dismissal, he shall pay the ordinary wages for thirty days or more;

On December 2, 2004, the Defendant dismissed workers G who were employed as a worker on December 2, 2004 at the above workplace without any prior notice in July 10, 201, and immediately paid 898,560 won equivalent to the amount of ordinary wages for 30 days under the advance notice of dismissal to the employees on July 21, 201.

2. An employer of the 2012 high-level 1716 shall pay workers subject to the minimum wage at least the minimum wage determined and publicly notified annually by the Minister of Employment and Labor, and shall pay wages at least the hourly minimum wage of at least 4,320 won during the period from January 1, 201 to December 31, 2011;

Defendant is working in the above workplace.
