1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 21,523,00 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 6% per annum from October 16, 2014 to September 1, 2015; and (b) September 2, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
(a) The reasons for the claim are as shown in the annex;
B. The legal interest rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment shall be 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, in accordance with the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
