The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Around 00:00 on May 19, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim D(50 years of age) at the main point of "C" located in the Dong-gu Seoul metropolitan building B (second floor) on the ground that he was fluorized in the process of calculating the alcohol value and that he was fluorous speech and behavior.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. Declaration of withdrawal of complaint: Submission of a written agreement and withdrawal of complaint to the effect that the victim will revoke the complaint to the defendant on August 21, 2018, which was after the prosecution of this case.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
