1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 51,187,710 and KRW 50,850,190 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 2420, Jan. 24, 2019>
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “The Plaintiff shall apply the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings as of the date of the first pleading.”
