1. No one shall arrange to engage in commercial sex acts, such as sexual intercourse or any other similar sexual intercourse using a part of his/her body, such as mouth or mouth, or becoming the counterpart thereof, in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other benefits from an unspecified person;

The Defendants implicitly conspired to arrange to arrange sexual traffic. From February 23, 2019 to March 25, 2019, Defendant A employed Defendant B as an employee of the Daegu Northern-gu C building, and from the second floor up to March 25, 2019, advertised Defendant B as “F” in the name of “E,” which is an Internet sexual traffic mediation site. Defendant B is an employee at the same time, place, and worked as an employee at the same place, and reported the said advertisement at the same time and place, and received the sexual traffic price (40 minutes:10,100,000 won: 140 won) for each course from many unspecified male descendants found in that place, and assisted the said female employees to have sexual intercourse with their descendants.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.

2. Where a foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act intends to find a job in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and no person shall employ any person who has no status of sojourn;

Nevertheless, Defendant A employed Defendant A, H, I, and J as female employees, who did not lose the status of stay at the date and place specified in Paragraph 1, or have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities.
