However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, a Russia resident in the Republic of Korea, did not have a license to handle narcotics, and dealt with marijuana as follows:

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. At around 20:00 on November 5, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana in a manner that 120,000 won for the price of the hemp leaves (hereinafter “mariju”) written to D in the stairs located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “B”), which the Defendant informed to D, purchased marijuana approximately 1g of marijuana contained in the toilet paper on the toilet wall of the above billiard-gu.

B. At around 21:00 on November 15, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana, at the same place as the above paragraph (a) in a manner that 1.20,000 won for marijuana to the said D, and finds about about 1g of marijuana, which was accumulated in a small vinyl wing box installed on the toilet wall of the said billiard hall.

2. Around 23:00 on November 15, 2019, the Defendant accepted marijuana in a way that 0.5g of marijuana, which is contained in a single-use plastic packaging package, from the stairs near F in Gwangju Mine-gu, and from G, it received marijuana in a way that 0.5g of marijuana, which is contained in a single-use vinyl package, free of charge.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On November 5, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that prompts the smoke of marijuana generated by using marijuana 0.5gs from the Defendant’s joint toilets of Gwangju Mine-gu H and I, by drilling the marijuana in a erode tool (ashes by drilling the hole of plastics bottles, inserting the lids without a prompt delay, cutting the lids of bottles into the mouths, cutting the lids into the mouths, and cutting the lids into the lids, and cutting down the lids as soon as possible).
