1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 19.8% per annum from February 26, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons

(Provided, That this part is excluded inasmuch as the withdrawal of a lawsuit against the previous defendant B was completed). 2. Judgment without pleading is rendered pursuant to Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
