When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 3, 2014, around 01:13, the Defendant driven BM3 automobiles with approximately approximately 20 meters alcohol content 0.130% under the influence of alcohol on the section of about 20 meters from the front of 16, 10-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul Olympic 10-ro, Ga-ro, 7-ro, 7-ro, 20-ro, 100 (locked-dong) to the front road of the same Gu.
