The Plaintiff’s appeal against the Defendants and the Defendants’ appeal are all dismissed.
Expenses for appeal shall be borne individually by each person.
1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendants citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and decision of the court of first instance are justified even if each evidence submitted to the court of first instance was presented to this court.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the first instance, and it is also accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and since the plaintiff's appeal against the defendants and the appeal by the defendants are without merit, all of them are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
