1. The defendant shall pay 166,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 13, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(4) In light of the above legal principles, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles as to damages for delay and failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, thereby exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, thereby exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, as otherwise alleged in the ground of appeal.
