A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 1, 2016, at around 21:26, the Defendant intruded into a female toilet located in the franchisium in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju, in order to affix a female lusium, and hidden in the lusium, the Defendant taken the victim’s name and influsium (e.g., influsium) body, where the lusium from the side partitions was laid down in the lusium, and the body of the victim’s name and influsium (e.g., influsium) where the lusium was laid down in the lusium and the lusium was laid down in the lusium. 2. On April 2, 2016, around 02:50 on April 2, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the “Damine” toilet located in Gwangju Northern-gu, to affix a female’s appearance, and was hiding in the light column, and taken down a half of the victim E (n, 26 years of age) by inserting a device from the side partitions into the lower part of the screen.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets for the purpose of meeting the sexual desire, and photographs the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation against his will.
