A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Forging a private document;
A. On March 18, 2014, the Defendant, at the office of the Defendant’s operation in the racing-si, agreed to perform the obligation as follows, as the Defendant, stated “1. The above amount was clearly borrowed from the following credit,” on the following paper stating “1. The Defendant, at the office of the Defendant, on March 18, 2014, 1 in Chapter 2, “the loan certificate and the amount: Sacheon,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000:
2. The above amount will be repaid from March 18, 2014 to August 18, 2014;
3.The rate of interest shall be one percent per month;
4.In order to implement the above provisions, the borrower's signature and seal with joint signature and seal of the guarantor and the guarantor's signature and seal to the effect that, if the obligor does not pay the obligations, the guarantor shall pay the obligations on March 18, 2014;
2. A guarantor: The name, address, and racing-si D, resident number: E, and telephone number:F, which were kept in custody following the name of C after stating the “C”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant committed two copies of the loan certificate in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations, respectively.
B. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated “A”, “G”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “for presentation of an insurance company in the delegation column; (b) on the delegation column; (c) indicated “C”, “C”, “E”, “E”, “E”, and “I”, and “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “E”, and “I” in the name and address column of C.
C’s painting was stamped.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation for certification of seal imprint in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.
