On August 31, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim on August 31, 2015, during the period between around 10:30 on August 31, 2015 and around 11:30, eight community residents gather before the above community center, on which the details of disbursement of the Women’s Association Fund and discussions on the settlement of accounts of the village business, were divided, “I sold to see, and punished money.”
