1. On February 23, 2018, at around 16:45, the Defendant: (a) presented three cards to the victim D (30 years of age) who was on duty in the account book to purchase one magazine at the “C” store located on the 1st floor in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, for the purpose of purchasing one magazine; (b) continuously heard the victim D, who continued to say, “I will see the balance due to the lack of balance, and I will see the victim D with a large voice, “I will am throp because I will disregard you will am.
