The Plaintiff: (a) from June 9, 2016 to December 30, 2012, the Plaintiff supplied various legal components, such as 101,365,990 won, to the Defendant; and (b) paid the remainder of KRW 37,68,990 after settling 63,677,000 out of the price of the goods; and (c) thus, applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act that seek for the payment of KRW 37,68,90 and delay damages: Article 203(3)2 (i.e., self-conception) of the Civil Procedure Act.
