1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 51,045,980 as well as KRW 50,00,000 among them, from January 17, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively.
