On April 24, 2016, at around 00:41, the Defendant driven B car volume in the state of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.127% from the annual intersection located in the 4-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, to the direction of the coastal intersection located in the 1-dong, Busan.
