A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a game room under the trade name of the building B in Busan Jung-gu and the "C" in the second floor.
No game products related business entity shall allow others to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game products or leave them to do so, and no one shall exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results, such as scores obtained through the use of game products, by which he/she conducts business.
그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2018. 6. 2.경부터 2018. 8. 14.경까지 위 게임장에서, 불특정 다수의 손님들에게 자동연타기능이 있어 손님들의 능력이나 선택과 관계없이 게임을 진행할 수 있는 속칭 ‘똑딱이’를 사용하여 게임 1시간당 130,000원까지 차감되는 미르야 등 게임물을 이용하도록 하고 무기명 IC카드를 발급하여 위 게임물 이용에 따라 당첨되는 골드카드를 적립해주어 손님들이 게임에 다시 이용할 수 있도록 함으로써 위 무기명 IC카드에 교환가치를 부여하고, 손님들이 무기명 IC카드를 다른 손님들에게 양도하는 등 유통할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 위와 같이 손님들이 취득한 골드카드 1개(속칭 ‘알 1개’)를 5,000원으로 계산한 금액에서 수수료 10%를 공제한 나머지 금액을 손님들에게 현금으로 지급해 주었다.
