A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On February 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 16:20 on February 16, 2016, based on the following behind the “E” office located in Kimhae-si D, the Victim F (the age of 68) demanded the Defendant to pay monthly rent; (b) on the ground that the Defendant demanded the Defendant to pay monthly rent, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as spawd the victim’s spath, spawd, spawd, and tension, which require approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

1. At the time of the instant case, the Defendant: (a) took the victim while engaging in a dispute with the victim at the time of the instant case; (b) however, the victim was spawned and did not cause violence to the victim.

The following circumstances revealed through the evidence of the judgment, i.e., ① the victim made a relatively consistent statement with the investigative agency and this court to the effect that “The defendant was deprived of his/her name while he/she was off, and she was faced with the defendant at his/her own hand, and he/she was faced with the cement fence by cutting down his/her body.” On the other hand, the defendant stated that he/she had his/her body fighting with the victim before the police, but the police made a statement in detail and refused to make a statement.
