1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 89,686,073 as well as KRW 61,255,90 among them, from January 20 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(Provided, “creditor” and “debtor” are corrected respectively to “Plaintiff” and “Defendant. On April 30, 2015, the Plaintiff reduced the claim amounting to KRW 89,686,073, and KRW 61,25,903 from January 20, 2015 to the date of complete payment, 19% per annum from January 20, 2015 to the date of full payment.”
