A. The Defendant, such as the parties, is an educational foundation that establishes and operates B University. The Plaintiff graduated from the department of law at B University, and worked as a part-time lecturer or a professor at the same department from September 2002 after completing the doctoral degree course at the same department. A person who applied for the appointment procedure of a teacher at the first semester education level conducted by B University in 2014 as follows.

On the other hand, D graduated from economics, and obtained a doctorate in the law department in around 2012, and as the Plaintiff, D, like the Plaintiff, supported the appointment procedure of a teacher with priority education in the first semester in 2014.

B. Research achievements subject to evaluation shall be limited to those published for the last three years in accordance with "the weight for each research project evaluation item": Provided, That in the case of SCI, SCI, SCI, 20 to 4 to 3 external researchers, and 2 to 3 external professors and 3 outside professors, the total of the recommended points for each of the following subjects shall be at least 4/10 and at least 10/10 of the total of the recommended points for each of the subjects of examination, which are at least 1/3 of the subjects of examination; the total of the recommended points for each of the subjects of examination, which are at least 1/3 of the subjects of examination; the total of the recommended points for each of the subjects of examination, which are at least 3 of the subjects of examination, shall be at least 4/10 of the total of recommended points for each of the subjects of examination; the average number of teachers recommended by the President for each of the subjects of study, who is at least 30/10 of the total of recommended points for each of study, who is at least 2 to 30/10 of the president.
